i’m a portland based artist, facilitator and producer. my work offers themes of play, dreams, awakening as a dance around Truth/Love.

currently my studio art explores themes feminine empowerment through ease. my paintings centralize and celebrate the femme figure: resting, playing, dreaming, experiencing freedom and pleasure, wandering. my abstract figureless pieces are soft and flowing, intuitive and mostly large, inviting a soft, widened gaze to relax the nervous system.

these images and sensations are intended as a counterpoint to cultural narratives that position bodies, especially feminine bodies, as sites of constant productivity, optimization, or danger. they're intended to articulate the potential and power of a world of relaxed and joyful femmes.

my collaborative gatherings and art activations explore connection, pleasure, joy, rest and dreaming as essentials en route to a better and more vital world. sometimes i also write letters, poetry, flash nonfiction and memes exploring all of these concepts.
